Shipping conditions

1. Shipping fees and costs
A shipping fee is charged for each order, depending on the weight and dimensions of the goods ordered. The amount of the shipping fee is specified in the order process and accepted by the customer.

2. Shipping and delivery time
Delivery usually takes place within 3 to 4 working days after receipt of payment and confirmation of the order. The stated delivery time is not binding and is based on estimates that apply under normal circumstances. Delays can occur at any time and do not justify any claim for compensation or withdrawal from the purchase contract. The store is not liable for any delays or for any losses that may arise from a delay.

3. Terms of delivery
Delivery is made by a shipping company of our choice. The transfer of risk takes place when the goods are handed over to the shipping company, regardless of who bears the shipping costs. The customer bears the risk of loss or damage to the goods during shipment.

4. Partial deliveries
Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as this is reasonable for the customer. Each partial delivery is considered a separate delivery. Shipping costs may be incurred again in such cases, but will be agreed with the customer in advance.

5. Shipping restrictions
Deliveries are only made to the countries and addresses specified in the order process. Orders sent to an address outside the specified country and address

6. Inspection of the goods upon receipt
The customer is obliged to check the goods immediately upon receipt for completeness and any transport damage and to report any complaints in writing within 3 working days of receipt of the goods. Later complaints will not be considered and do not release the customer from the obligation to pay.
