vicCONTROL go stamp

"vicCONTROL go stamp" is a compact hardware module for implementing individually configurable voice control.

Operation is purely local, requiring no internet connection. This keeps your voice commands and programmed actions protected and tamper-proof.

The module can be operated either independently with individual hardware integration in custom applications or with the carrier board of the "vicCONTROL go kit." This board contains extended hardware features such as a larger number of inputs and outputs, switching outputs, an audio amplifier, etc.

The learned voice commands control various inputs and outputs of the system; there is also a microphone connection and an audio out connection on board.

Using the development software included on the "vicCONTROL go stick" (not included), you can learn voice commands and link them to various functions. For example, after the command "Extend awning," the system can first check one of the signal inputs to see if it's too windy. If it's too windy, it can provide feedback via the audio output: "Opening not possible, wind too strong." If the wind speed is below the warning threshold, one of the outputs is activated, which controls the awning motor via an actuator/relay.

A self-definable "wake word" is used for activation, similar to those used in other voice control systems. Additionally, you can specify when certain commands can be issued. For example, you can have security functions or access controls activated only at specific times.

Information about the entered commands can be output via a UART interface, so that, for example, external microcontroller applications can be controlled directly.
