Emergency call boxes in areas with poor infrastructure can be operated independently via a mobile phone connection, e.g., on highways, waterways, railway tracks, or tunnels.
Thanks to our patented acoustic echo cancellation (AEC) and noise reduction (NR) algorithms, vicCOM GSM-R enables natural, crystal-clear full-duplex communication despite background noise and interference.
The vicCOM GSM-R system kit contains a cellular modem, as well as various audio and control connections for microphone, loudspeaker, buttons and LEDs.
The system’s configuration and status signaling are conveniently carried out via the air interface via SMS.
